Annual Ad Plan
An Ad Plan is a single document that sets your advertising strategy and budget for the year. It’s structured with an overview of your budget by services at the top, with detailed program descriptions—such as a new website, direct mail campaign, or set of digital ads—and their costs. It can also include options for additional consideration, such as programs that may not fit within your current budget or those that were previously of interest.
The plan is a work in progress and can be updated as we go. For example, if certain programs don’t fit within your current budget, we can add them later.
Once the Ad Plan is approved, it lands in the hands of our in-house management team. SAUCE’s media director buys the media, our project manager schedules work and manages deadlines, and our controller handles the billing. Job tickets are opened for our creative team.
We work about four to eight weeks out from deadlines. This ensures all campaigns in your Ad Plan are completed on time, and recurring ones like blogs and eblasts are finished consistently. That timeframe also lets us deliver the final creative files in plenty of time to our media partners.
